The charges for the cancelation in High Season are the following: (according to the number of days done before the date of arrival) • 15 days before – no charge. • 14 to 10 days the 25% of the total amount of the reserve. • 09 to 04 days the 50% of the total amount of the reserve. • Less than 03 days the 100% amount of the reserve. • NO refunds will be done for no shows. The charges for cancelations in Low Season are the following: (according to the number of days done before the date of arrival) • 7 days before – without charge • 06 to 04 days the 25% of the total amount of the reserve. • Less than 03 days, the 50% of the amount of the reserve. • There will be NO refunds for no shows |
